Unifier Notification Error - uStage

After modifying the Data Definition (DD) for a Data Element (DE) that has been Deployed, accessing a previously created record that utilized the prior combination throws a generic Unifier Notification.

The error message reads, " The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your system administrator if you are still having problems."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(1) Log into Unifier
(2) Access the previously created record that utilized the prior DD/DE combination
(3) Observe reported error message

Prior to version uDesigner allowed modifying the Data Definition (DD) of any Data Element (DE) as long as it was not Published. For version, and higher, uDesigner should not be allowing the DD of DE to be modified after it is Deployed.
