Transfer Pricing Method Codes Incorrect in BSP Table FSI_TSFR_PRICE_METHOD_MLS (Doc ID 2122320.1)

Last updated on MARCH 14, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning - Version 8.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)

In Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP) 8.0.x, some of the values in the table FSI_TSFR_PRICE_METHOD_MLS do not match the Transfer Pricing Method selected in the "10. Transfer Pricing Rule" screen.

For example, you define a product to have a method of "Redemption Curve":

In FSI_TSFR_PRICE_METHOD_MLS, the code for Redemption Curve is "9":

8 Unpriced Accounts
9 Redemption Curve
10 Zero Coupon

However, when you check the data in the Transfer Pricing Rule definition table FSI_M_TRANSFER_PRICE_RULE for the product, the TP_CALC_METHOD_CD is "8".

30321 8

You expect the values in FSI_TSFR_PRICE_METHOD_MLS to match the selection in the Transfer Pricing Rule definition and the value in FSI_M_TRANSFER_PRICE_RULE.
