Last updated on MARCH 06, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version to [Release 7.5.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : BRM version, Pipeline Manager

Scenario :

1.  Recycle a suspended CDR by using pin_recycle utility
     - The CDR is recycled successfully and a suspense_update file is created.
2. Load the recycled CDR to the database using suspended event loader (pin_rel) via batch controller
    - The status field in suspended_usage_t table is still 1 while it should have the value of 2 (if it is successfully recycled).

What is the reason for the status remaining at 1 rather than changing to 2 and how can we ensure that it is updated ?
