Unexpected Exception When Report Added to Favorites in Backoffice (Doc ID 2122507.1)

If any user (except the Administrator user created during installation) created from the Point of Service (POS) application tries to add a report to favorites on  Back Office, "An unexpected exception occurred." message occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create user "abc" on POS.
2. Login to Back Office as "abc" user.
3. Click on "Reports" tab.
4. Click on "Add to Favorites" button.
5. Notice that "An unexpected exception occurred." error screen is displayed.

And, below Exception is observed in the BackOffice.log file:
