ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The values updated to the dimension quadrants in step 9 below is not matching.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The values update to match the dimension quadrants in step 9 below should be matching.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Identify Executed Deal where royalties have with ALL Licensed dimension check box checked
(this scenario was for data that exists before patch)
2. Create Deal + License Amendment type
3. Examine Royalty Tab – Shown as below
4. Navigate to License Rights tab and add 1 new territory [ eg Australia]
5. Save
6. Navigate to royalty tab
7. Unchecked the all license dimension check box
8. Clicked the edit dimension box
9. Removed the new territory
10. Click Save
11. First Record Looses all Data as shown below [ from Royalty Dimensions]
