DRO Royalty Tab Mass Update Issue (Doc ID 2122528.1)

Symptoms

Royalty Tab creates duplicate "Parameter" columns when mass update Append operation performed.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The system creates a second set of units/floor and units/ceiling columns.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The system should never allow multiple Parameter columns of the same type. Only 1 set of units/floor and units/ceiling columns can be seen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open License 1's Royalty Tab with a Royalty Param Selected
2. Close license
3. Open same license as MASS UPDATE
4. Add records as shown, selecting UNITS as a royalty parameter
5. Click APPEND
6. Save and Close
