Unable To Edit AnswerFlow Processes (Doc ID 2122705.1)

Symptoms

If the user logs into Answerflow and does not see any Answerflows it is possible that they do not have access to any categories with processes.  make sure that the user has some categories with Answerflows assigned to their IM console user.

next check the instance log.

Accessing new AnswerFlow installation and can view existing AnswerFlow Processes, but when select Edit in "Create an Incident" , error occurs in log:
