Error Message on Transaction Detail UI "User Id '' (null) is not configured in system" (Doc ID 2122797.1)

Symptoms

On RMB 2.5.0.1.0 version, BT - Batch against FW 4.3.0.1:
TXNIP Batch issue for Custom Error Message Display on Transaction Detail UI  

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
-------------------------
Message displayed as User Id '' (null) is not configured in system.
Issue : C1-TXNIP batch setting null for parameters in exception table for transactions in error status.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Message should be display as “ User Id U1 is not configured in system” .

STEPS
-----------------------
Detail scenario:
1) Validate specific fields like Acct Id, User Id,  product code  in Custom Rule preprocessing algorithm from inbound transaction.
2) If validation fails  then throw error (AddError) in custom rule preprocessing algorithm.
3) Search failed transaction on Transaction Detail UI by selecting query option as Error.
4) Broadcast Error Transaction.
