Transfer Detail Update Fails With 'k_STOCK_ALLOC_MISSING_ERROR' (Doc ID 2123072.1)

Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS) is producing the following  error when subscribing message from Retail Merchandising System (RMS):

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a Transfer from Warehouse to Store and approve with item X1 and store Y1.
  2. Create Price Change (RPM) to the Item X1 on store Y1 such that active date = (TSFHEAD.CREATE_DATE + SYSTEM_OPTIONS.WS_AUTO_CLOSE_DAYS).
  3. Execute batch TSFCLOSE.
  4. Execute Retail Price Management (RPM) batches to apply the price:
        - PriceEventExecutionBatch
        - PriceEventExecutionRMSBatch
        - PriceEventExecutionDealsBatch)
5. Execute DISTROPCPUB process.
6. RIB-RWMS Hospital will have one sodtlmod from family "stockorder" with the error:
    "Caused by: com.retek.rib.collab.RibAPIException: Error from {call RDMSUB_SO.CONSUME(?,?,?,?,?)}: [E] User-Defined Exception[RDMRIB_ERROR.k_STOCK_ALLOC_MISSING_ERROR]"
