Symptoms

On : 1.12.0.3 version, Adapters, RTAdapter

RTAdapter is not processing SYNCHRONIZE condition files correctly.
For example, a project uses RTAdapter to bring in various conditions including SCADA tags.

They send files with the tags as they are placed/removed; but every three hours they send a SYNC file.

One of the tags they send is of type s_headway_tag.

They have the following synonyms defined:
INSERT into scada_synonyms (id, scada_id, keyword, value, process_type, attribute_alias, status_value)
  VALUES (53, 200, 'H', 'add', 'C', 's_headway_tag', 'S_HEADWAY_TAG');
INSERT into scada_synonyms (id, scada_id, keyword, value, process_type, attribute_alias, status_value)
  VALUES (54, 200, 'H', 'rem', 'C', 's_headway_tag', 'S_HEADWAY_TAG');
INSERT into scada_synonyms (id, scada_id, keyword, value, process_type, attribute_alias, status_value)
  VALUES (55, 200, 'H', 'syn', 'C', 's_headway_tag', 'S_HEADWAY_TAG');

For this example, the NMS system does not have the tag yet, and the tag comes in the SYNC file:

HEADER
DATE|2016/03/23
TIME|11:56:00
SYNCHRONIZE|TRUE
TYPE|s_headway_tag
END_HEADER
DATA
OBJECT|01366 92
H|syn|WHO=Big Terry|TIM=2016-03-23T10:25:45|TXT=555: Here you go! |EXT=1458743110.330726000.0
END_DATA

The tag is placed on the device.

If the same data gets resent a while later:

HEADER
DATE|2016/03/23
TIME|12:58:00
SYNCHRONIZE|TRUE
TYPE|s_headway_tag
END_HEADER
DATA
OBJECT|01366 92

END_DATA

The tag is removed when it should not be.
