No Message Displayed If Record Not Found On Approve Price Assignment Screen

On : version, ENV - Environment

No message displayed if record not found on Approve Price Assignment Screen

If records are not found then page simple refreshes and doesn't show any message.

The message should appear saying record not found.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Menu --> Approval Workflow Management --> Approve Price Assignment
2. Select Account in Search By drop down. make sure there is no record for pending approval.
3. Provide a account Id in Account ID field
4. Click on Search
