Symptoms
When attempting to apply a P6 EPPM Patch Set, the following error occurs even though the WebLogic Home path is set correctly:

The Patch Utility log file generates the following messages:

Note, the patch set log files can be found in the Oracle Inventory directory:
- Default Pointer Location:
- Linux: /etc/oraInst.loc
- AIX: /etc/oraInst.loc
- Solaris: /var/opt/oracle/oraInst.loc
- Windows: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Oracle/inst.loc
