CSV File Import Triggers Alert That Record Creation Is In Progress, However No Records Created and No Email Notification Containing Failure Reason Received (Doc ID 2124374.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Import data into Unifier using CSV template, the imported data does not show up in the Unifier.
Users are getting a message while importing that "Records creation in progress. You will be notified by email when process is complete". However users are not notified about record creation, and no record(s) is created.

A more detailed message is captured in logs when Debug mode enabled:

Result: Failed
Reason: User **** is invalid value for ugenVendorBP.
