Goal

On : 12.2.2 version, Memory Based Planner in All instances

Users are seeing many warnings with the following messages in the MBP logfile MSONWL64 module: Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux and they're not sure if they should be concerned or not. They need to know if these are impacting data or sourcing rule setups:

Warnings
1. Warning: Couldn't find setup type in HLSObjectResourceLoad::
2. cannot find global level sourcings for f/c, ignore it
