XITEMUDAMOD Fails in RIB Due To Existing Record in SVC_UDA_ITEM_LOV Table for Same Item (Doc ID 2124636.1)

Symptoms

 

XITEMUDAMOD fails in RIB because a record already exists in SVC_UDA_ITEM_LOV table for the same item, UDA ID, & value with the following error:
 


Steps to Reproduce:


1. Process XITEMUDACRE message for existing item in the system.
2. Submit the process ID.
3. Process XITEMUDAMOD to change the UDA value.
4. Submit the process ID.
5. Process XITEMUDAMOD to change the UDA value back to the original value.
