Symptoms


After assigning all LSH roles to CSDW_DATA_LOAD user, when attempting to connect to the Database, the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-20001: Error in CDR_on_logon: User does not have access
ORA-06512: at line 20




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. From EBS User Management assign all LSH and DMW roles to an user.
2. Attempt to login to the Database with the CSDW_DATA_LOAD user.
