Symptoms

On : Insbridge 5.0.1 version, RateManager

Timeouts when packaging programs in release. This happens when the user clicks on refresh to check status of packaging process.

Message: System.Exception: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached. ---> System.InvalidOperationException: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.
