On : version, Import(PGC)

Create a sourcing project, add an Agile BOM in the project & then create an RFQ for the project. Export the RFQ from Agile to update the component cost, then import it back to RFQ & submit the RFQ before rolling up the product cost. The issue happens after importing the RFQ, there are some costs that did not get imported, it appear as zero cost in Agile
This happens to the costs which uses VLookup formula to calculate the cost.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Sourcing project with BOMs.
2) Create RFQ
3) Log in as supplier and export the RFQ to excel, do the necessary changes in excel. Ensure few cells get values from the vLookup formulas
4) Import the RFQ
