Duplicate User Page Not Shown in Central Office

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO) 13.4.7, when trying to create a new user in Central Office, if the user is duplicated, the duplicate user page is not shown.  The title of the page shows "Duplicate User", but the main page is blank.

In logs you will find following error:


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter the Central Office Admin page.
2. Create a new user as follows:

     user name: test
     first name: test
     surname: test
     full access

3. Create another new user as follows:

     user name: test2
     first name: test
     surname: test
     full access

** Note that the page for duplicate user does not open.
