Collections Center Performance Issue with PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_GET_SCENARIO_DETAIL (Doc ID 2125469.1)

Symptoms

The Collections opcode PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_GET_SCENAIRO_DETAIL is taking ~70 seconds in production.

This is impacting the following scenarios:

Scenario 1: Opening the collections scenario of a bill unit

In this scenario, Collections Center is calling PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_GET_SCENARIO_DETAIL opcode which in turns calling PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_GET_ACTION_HISTORY opcode for each action. So, it is taking long time around 73 seconds.

Scenario 2: Insert an action from the collections scenario dialogue box

In this scenario, Collections Center is calling PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_ADD_ACTION opcode which is not taking much time (~0.5 seconds in staging env). But, after adding the action, in order to refresh the scenario in the GUI, it is calling PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_GET_SCENARIO_DETAIL opcode, which is taking long time.
