Information in this document applies to any platform.
A case was having comment texts at the Narrative or Comment fields on Case Form >> Analysis >> Analysis tab.
When user opens the case and go to Case Form >> Analysis >> Analysis tab, user finds that the Narrative or Comment fields have been wiped out
in spite of that any user did not do anything for those fields at all.
