Existing Narrative and Comment fields texts are overwritten without notice (Doc ID 2125545.1)

Symptoms

A case had comment texts at the Narrative or Comment fields on Case Form >> Analysis >> Analysis tab.
When the user opened the case and navigated to Case Form >> Analysis >> Analysis tab, the user found that the Narrative or Comment fields had been wiped out despite the user having done nothing to delete the data in those fields.
