EXCLUDEFUNDSTATUS Attribute Not Working For Allocation Element (Doc ID 2125909.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EXCLUDEFUNDSTATUS attribute not working for Allocation element

For one of the transactions, we are trying to limit the Allocation to funds that are currently active. The dropdown(AllocationTo element) however continues display the closed funds in the dropdown. Please review the attached configuration and the document .
Acceptable result would be : The drop down only displays the funds that are active and excludes the funds that are closed .
No workaround is currently in place.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Closed funds should not display in the drop down.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EXCLUDEFUNDSTATUS attribute introduced in the allocationTo element.
2. Fundstatus on one of the funds was changed to '04' in the AsPlanFundStatus table in the database.
3. With the change, the fund with fund status of 04 was expected to be not included in the AllocationTo dropdown .
4. The fund was still available in the list.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
 The closed funds being available in the drop down is a risk for the application as the user will be able to choose it and will cause financial implications..
