Workbench EAC Admin Console Is Not Responding

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After updating an Authoring MDEX Host definition, the Workbench EAC Admin Console is not responding.
The EAC Admin Console page is accessible, however, it does not load.
Due to this issue, users cannot access the EAC Admin Console to revert the change.
A component host definition was updated or removed from the application architecture, causing it to appear offline.
