Baseline 'Last Updated Date' Field Is Not Populated When Making a Copy of the Current Project

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When making a copy of the current project as a new baseline, the "Last Update Date" value is not being populated on the new baseline.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The "Last Update Date" value is populated on the new baseline with the date it was created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Primavera R15.2.
2. Open a Project.
3. Go to Maintain Baseline and add a Baseline.
4. Create a copy of the current Project as a new Baseline.
5. Note that the 'Last Updated Date' field does not get populated.
