When attempting to launch P6 Professional in a Citrix environment, the following error occurs:

Exception in module PM.exe at 000000000######.
Configuration file C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Oracle\Primavera P6\P6 Professional\PM.ini cannot be located.
