Owner of Project Does Not Get Activities - Predecessor Project Schedule Change Notification When Activity Is Set to Different Project (Doc ID 2126090.1)

Actual Behavior
Gate which is set to certain project and Activity which is set to another different project but have Dependencies set to each other with Type : Finish-to-Start (FS) will not send notification : "Activities - Predecessor Project Schedule Change Notification" to the project owner if the owner change the schedule end date.

Notification : "Activities - Predecessor Project Schedule Change Notification" will only be sent to the project owner when gate and activity are set to the same project with Dependencies set to each other with Type : Finish-to-Start (FS) and owner change the schedule end date of the gate.

Expected Behavior
Notification : "Activities - Predecessor Project Schedule Change Notification" will be sent to the project owner when gate and activity are set to different project with Dependencies set to each other with Type : Finish-to-Start (FS) and owner change the schedule end date of the gate.

Steps

1. Login to Web client
2. Change the gate schedule end date and save. The gate must have Dependencies set to activity with Type : Finish-to-Start (FS) but both object Root Parent is set to different project.
3. Press Home button and go to Notifications tab
