Symptoms

 i.
'No data to display' appears in the 'Single Patient Casebook' view page when :

 - DCM Scheduling is being used
 - CRFs have been entered for 'higher' visits
 - a significant amount of 'expected / scheduled' CRFs have not been entered for 'lower' visits.


ii.
All is well in the Multi-Patient view
