Symptoms
Issue :
In PDC PS7, after modifying the rollover event for a product, it is successfully reflecting in PDC but does not reflect in BRM.
However, the changes made to Convergent Voice event and Cycle Forward charge event are reflecting correctly in PDC and also BRM.
Steps to reproduce :
- Searched the existing product and open in 'Edit' mode
- Modified the 'Max. no. of Rollover cycles' , 'Max. rollover amount per cycle' and 'Max. cumulative rollover total' data in Rollover event
- Validated and Saved
- Submitted the workspace successfully
Actual result :
- After submitting, the changes were reflected in PDC. On querying the BRM table for the rollover product, the values were not updated.
