C1-BLPPR Generate Multiple Bill Segment For Single Account When It Run With Multiple Thread (Doc ID 2126393.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, BT - Batch

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
C1-BLPPR generate multiple bill segment for single account when it run with multiple thread. It creates multiple bill segments as many as no of threads are used to run C1-BLPPR batch.

Steps:
1. Run C1-PNDBL for an account : 0501736135 with multiple threads(e.g 8 threads) --> It completed with 1 record processed successfully and 7 entered into error states.
2. RUN C1-BLGEN for same account with multiple threads(e.g 8 threads).
3. Run C1-BLPPR for same account with multiple threads(e.g 8 threads) --> It generated the multiple bill segments. No of generated bill segmnets = no of threads is used to run C1-BLPPR.

Actual Result:
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should generate only one bseg as per configuration.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run C1-PNDBL for an account : 0501736135 with multiple threads(e.g 8 threads) --> It completed with 1 record processed successfully and 7 entered into error states.
2. RUN C1-BLGEN for same account with multiple threads(e.g 8 threads).
3. Run C1-BLPPR for same account with multiple threads(e.g 8 threads) --> It generated the multiple bill segments. No of generated bill segmnets = no of threads is used to run C1-BLPPR.
