Storefront Page is not Displayed and No Error Message is Given (Doc ID 2126446.1)

Symptoms

Endeca driven contents are not showing up on storefront created from CRS.

When hitting http://<server:port>/<storefront>/index.jsp seeing contents of jsp page displayed in a browser.  The hotfix patch for BUG 18466923 - Assembler site displays raw JSP in the page issue (described in AssemblerPipelineServlet Bug Displays JSP Source When ATG Tries To Render Endeca Cartridges/Pages (Doc ID 1639988.1)) is applied.

There are no errors found in Oracle Commerce storefront server's log as well as Oracle Commerce Guided Search Workbench's ifcr.log.

No new entries found in Dgraph request log and ifcr.log when opening a storefront page.

The web.xml entries described in Incorrect web.xml Configuration Causes 404 Errors Or Displays JSP Source When ATG Tries To Render Endeca Cartridges/Pages (Doc ID 1596874.1) existed.
