Goal

We have a file which we "<" into the INTERNAL_IP table in the mappings file which already *FAR* exceeds the recommendations in:

 imsimta cnbuild Fails with "no room in wild pool for map entry" (Doc ID 1549972.1)
 and Handling large numbers of mapping table entries

and we are soon to need to include perhaps double or triple as many subnets.

How do I do bit-wise masking of the client IP address in a mapping table?
