C1-BLPPR Goes into Error When It Is Executed for a Single Account

C1-BLPPR errors when executed for a single account.
Delete the pending bill from the UI or through the C1-PNBD bill batch and then try to run the three Billing Batch for one account . Get the error as” CIPBBPOB - SQL Error code 999999994 occurred in module CIPBBPOB:GA120 SELECT”.
SQL Error code 999999994
1- Delete the bill segment by batch C1-BSEGD.
2- Delete the pending bill by batch C1-PNBD.
3- Now run the C1-PNDBL batch with multiple threads for single account.
4- Once the batch is created, check the Bill pending bill on the account “0910866573”. It has created multiple pending bills.
5- Run The C1-BLGEN batch.
6- Run The C1-BLPPR batch.
