Symptoms
RMS subscribers such as, InvAdj (Inventory Adjustment), TSF (Transfer) and SOStatus (Stock Order Status) fail with ORA-14450 error when run in SYNC mode for NIL (New Item Loc) EVENT_TYPE on COST_EVENT_RUN_TYPE_CONFIG table.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Consume any of the InvAdj, TSF or SOStatus messages.
2. Notice the ORA-14450 error.
