Cannot Finish Editing / Save Record - Receive Generic System Error: "Could not invoke method validateReadonlyFieldsHash" (Doc ID 2127245.1)

Symptoms

In Unifier Production and uStage environments, version 15.2.5.0 and higher

Expected Result: Non workflow BP's should be able to be edited and pass validation when the Finish Editing and/or Save button is clicked without incident.

Actual Result: When the Finish Editing and/or Save button is clicked a generic system error is thrown. "The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."
