XM rules to support multi-site

Let's say we will have US site and CA site. Most of the contents are share between the 2 sites, only few items will be different. For example, the global navigation menu, we have MEN, WOMEN, KIDS, OUTERWEAR, SHOES ect items. For MEN, US site fly out will have 10 links and CA site fly out will have 8 links. Assuming that is the only difference between the 2 sites on the global top navigation content collection.
1. the common content items are maintained under a default collection (GlobalTopMenu)
2. the deltas for each site are maintained under each site specific collection
  A. GlobalTopMenu - CA
  B. GlobalTopMenu - US
