Unable to connect to MDM from CC&B through RTHTTPSNDR Message Sender.

User have configured a Real-time HTTP Message Sender in CC&B to route messages directly to MDM.
The message sender name is: CI_MDMTODO (MDM Related To Do Entries Sender)
However, messages are not reaching MDM, which is configured to listen on HTTPS because of this error:
E05646 - 489822-25148-1 2016-04-06 08:52:33,622 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '4' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR (domain.integration.RealtimeOutboundMessage) Problems invoking sender : sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed

Please provide instructions to configure a Message Sender in CC&B that connects through HTTPS.
