ERT Not Updated When Outages Group When Using ERT Tiers (Doc ID 2127591.1)

Symptoms

On : 1.11.0.4 version, Storm Management

 

Stormman was used to apply global ERT tiers during a storm.  Operators began to notice that many outages that had customer counts that were applicable to a tier setting were showing a blank global ERT instead of the ERT value that should be applied for that tier.

What seems to happen is that when outages group while tiers are applied, the resulting event ends up with a blank ERT. The ERT should populate with the appropriate ERT value when grouping.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit a single call to create a PSO -- check your ETR to see you do have the correct one
2. Submit more single calls on nearby xfmrs until you group upstream to a fuse --
3. Check and see that your ETR is blank instead of what it should've been set to for that number of customers out per the tier setting
