SwService Gets Disconnected After Processing a Large Number of FLISR Switch Plans (Doc ID 2127593.1)

SwService failed and then was restarted by SMService.

During heavy system testing involving FLISR and switching, SwService was disconnected from ISIS.

 This was seen at the end of the SwService log:
