2.1 Workbench Boost and Bury Cartridge Window is Greyed Out After Changing MDEX Host Configuration (Doc ID 2127597.1)

The 2.1 Experience Manager's Guided Navigation Boost/Bury editor is greyed out and not showing and dimension values in the Available or Selected boxes. This working previously before the MDEX hosts were moved to different physical hosts with different host names.

Another possible symptom after clearing the browser cache is seeing the following error in the Experience Manager editor instead:
