Symptoms
Using Purchasing, Version 11.5.10.2 or R12
When creating an internal Requisition it takes a long time to populate the Destination Org field.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing / Requisitions / Requisitions
2. Enter the line information for an internal requisition item and then enter the destination organization field
3. Find it is taking a very long time for this field to populate.
