User Permissions, Worklist And Query Filters Were Wiped From OSM Server (Doc ID 2127771.1)

 If the primary LDAP server returns no users then the users' information will be removed from the OSM database.  This is the procedure to restore the users after they have been restored to the LDAP primary server.
