'SUPP_SOURCE_NO_DSD' Missing From RTK_ERRORS (Doc ID 2128140.1)

Symptoms

There is no record inserted into RTK_ERRORS with RTK_KEY = 'SUPP_SOURCE_NO_DSD'. When adding a new item/location record (via XItemLoc) and the record is a 'S'tore location type with sourcing method = 'S'upplier and the supplier assigned as primary supplier is not setup for Direct Store Delivery (DSD_IND = 'N'), then the 'SUPP_SOURCE_NO_DSD' is returned.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Range an item using UI with source method as supplier and with the primary supplier having DSD_IND = 'N'.
2) Appropriate error message is displayed.
3) Range the same item using xitemloc.
4) It fails with "SUPP_SOURCE_NO_DSD" which is not very meaningful.
