On : 7.2 version, in the DIVArchive manager- When attempting to archive an object, the following error occurs;
This object already exists in DIVA.
Although, if this object is searched for in the control GUI, it is not found. After double checking the object name and category, check the database to see if the object exists in the DP_Archived_Objects table. If it does exist in this table, but is not searchable in the GUI, also check the following;
select AO_OBJECT_NAME from DP_ARCHIVED_OBJECTS WHERE AO_NUMBER_INSTN_ON_DISK=0;
If the object in question is returned in results of this query, it implies that this object was being archived and there was a global manager or database failure. This object will need to be deleted from the database and rearchived.
