Performance Issue: TFM C1-TXNIP Running Long Time for Partially Disaggregated Transactions (Doc ID 2128246.1)

Symptoms

On RMB  2.4.0.1.0 version, TFM batch processing:
C1-TXNIP Performance Issue for Partially Disaggregated Transactions.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
-------------------------
C1-TXNIP takes a very long time when processing partially disaggregated transactions (transactions with DISAGG_SW = Y).
When processing transactions with DISAGG_SW = N, the performance issue is not encountered.

Checking the table CI_TXN_DTL_PRITM_STG: there is no index for the TXN_DETAIL_ID column.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
There should not be any unknown delay for processing transactions using TFM.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue was reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run C1-TXNIP for about 100k transactions with DISAGG_SW = Y. Process takes very long time.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the disaggregated transactions as projected duration which is affecting operations.
