Agile Drive Does Not Display Attachment File When User Language Is Japanese or Object Name Includes Japanese

Symptoms
Actual Behavior
Agile Drive does not display attachment file when login user language is set to Japanese or object name includes Japanese.
Expected Behavior
Agile Drive display attachment file even when login user language is set to Japanese or object name includes Japanese.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Java Client and change preference.
Server Settings > Preferences
Agile Drive : Enabled - Restart File Manager
- On client pc run regedit
- Navigate to key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\WebClient\Parameters" in regedit and modify the parameter "BasicAuthLevel" with value of 2, which enables basic authentication for Windows 7/ Windows 8.
- Restart the service of Web Client in Windows 7/ Windows 8 Services.
- Launch command prompt and map agile drive
net use * http://xxxx.com:8080/webdav/ - Login to Web Client and create a object including Japanese character
Part : P00073ああああああAAAA - Go to Attachment tab and add a file to Part : P00073ああああああAAAA
- Click Recently Visited : P00073ああああああAAAA
- Browse Agile Drive. No folder including the attachment file is displayed.
Z:\Recently Visited\P00073ああああああAAAA - Go back to Web Client and rename the name of Part :P00073ああああああAAAA to P00073
- Click Recently Visited : P00073
- Browse Agile Drive. Attachment file is now displayed.
Z:\Recently Visited\P00073\Introductory - Login to Web Client and change the user language to Japanese
- Browse Agile Drive. No folder including the attachment file is displayed.
