RESA Store Day is Not Closing Due to Mismatch of RTLOG Count with ORPOS (Doc ID 2128491.1)

Symptoms

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.
This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.

When used with OMS, ReSA Store Day is not closing due to mismatch of RTLOG count with ORPOS. 

Steps To Recreate:

1. Perform a transaction for a store day in ORPOS and OMS.
2. Upload RTLOG from both systems into ReSA.
3. Do Day close in ORPOS and load DCLOSE RTLOG into ReSA.
4. Run saimptlogfin batch and notice that store day is not closed.
This is not working as expected since all transaction are already processed.
