Symptoms

On :  7.5.0.11.0 version, Customer Center

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has upgraded from BRM 7.3 to BRM 7.5.

For 7.3, Customer Center was allowing to enter 12 digits long Voucher PIN.

Now on using 7.5 Customer Center, it is limiting to 10 digits for Voucher PIN.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
12 digits Voucher PINs should be accepted in the Customer Center

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Customer Center
2. Open Prepaid account
3. Click on Top-Up button in toolbar
4. Enter Voucher-ID
5. Enter Voucher PIN (PROBLEM: It is only possible to enter 10 digits)

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
TopUp Using Customer Center is not possible for prepaid accounts. This is critical issue, because after migration to 7.5 this functionality is not working any more.
