PROBLEM ------------- We get an error message (FRM-41830: List of values contains no entries) when trying to create query with Orders type, for buyers. Please check the attached screen shot for the error.
Simple Order query First field attempted is Buyer - Equals - no LOV values presented..

There is not any bind passed for plan_id since there is not any plan_id context when building the query
