Symptoms

Attempting to view sites assets (for the SiteRepository) in the Content Administration -> Browse Assets section of the BCC fails with the following UI error:

[Steps to Reproduce]
1. Log into the BCC
2. Go to Content Administration (CA) -> CA Assets
3. Select repository "SiteRepository" and asset type "Site" or "Site Category" and click Go. (This only happens if you select SiteRepository)
4. Click on one of the assets (such as "Home Site")

Actual Results: BCC displays an error, and the stack trace is in the publishing log.
