On : 12.2.4 version, Graphical UI Layer

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After launching a Rapid Planning plan, the CLOSE button takes an average of 2+ minutes to close.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is that the CLOSE button will close the form much faster.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the plan
2. Try closing the status window and observe the long running time
